You can tell if he really loves to be with you or he is flattering you. Put him to the test. Is he hanging around with you to pass time or he always seems to feel there is not enough time in the day?
2.) Values your input in his life - you are a voice he listens to
You are in a relationship for and in that future projection, you should be a contributor not an observer in the life of your partner. If you man does not value your voice then begin to think twice about the value you stand to bring into his life. While you may have value to bring in, it may not be considered.
3.) Solves problems you face in life
If your man always leaves you to find your way in life then consider twice whether he is really for you or not. A woman is supposed to solve issues to a certain level. Granted, you may not be married yet but is you are always left in the deep, think again. Any man would love to shine before you by being a problem solver.
4.) He is open with you
A man who runs a private life without adequately opening up to you maybe afraid of you or merely making a decision to distance himself from you. If you have to know things on a need to know basis then it could be a sign. Take time to develop the relationship until there is adequate trust and openness. If secrecy persists, he may not be the one after all.
5.) He has a vision and value system that includes you
One thing my then girlfriend who is now my wife was clear about during courtship was where in my vision she fitted. This became one of the most important parts of the discussions we ever had. I must admit that I was caught napping because I never had thought in advance what my vision was. Any man who does not think clearly concerning where you fit into his future is not worth the trouble. Leave him to grow up a little bit.
6.) Loves you for who you are not what you have
It is important to establish what you relationship is based on. People may love you for various reasons which include the things you have, your education, your potential, your assets and your money. If his love is conditional in the sense that you have to have something else other than being you to be loved then there is a problem. Once those items disappear, he may also join those fast disappearing possessions.
7.) Listens to your deepest cry - gives you attention
A man's greatest tool or asset is the ability to listen. If he talks as much as you do and never pays attention to the things you voice out then why are you still with him. Make a decision.
